400 g marinated mushrooms
200 g cheese
1/3 cup red wine (water)
5-6 tbsp sunflower oil
1 cube broth (vegetable, chicken, beef)
pepper
3-4 cloves garlic
soy sauce

Method
Grease the tin with the oil, the steaks are crushed sprinkle with crushed bouillon, pepper arranged in the tray to put the crushed garlic, soy sauce, mushrooms pour wine (water). Cover with household foil and bake until steaks remain fat. Remove the fthe oil, sprinkle with grated cheese and bake again until golden brown.

I have prepared a recipe with veal chops, it was very tasty, although I had cheese, the taste is great.
