Stew with chicken KOPRIVSHITZA

Ingredients
1 (1 kg) chicken
6-7 heads (500 g) onion
1/4 cup (50 ml) vegetable oil
50 g butter
1 tbsp (10 g) red pepper
1 tbsp (20 g) tomato paste
2-3 (150 g) red peppers
4-5 peppercorns
salt
Method
Cleaned and washed chicken cut into pieces, pour hot water and allow the fire to boil. When it boils, add salt. Onion, cut into thin slices, stew in fat until golden color, then stir in the tomato paste and red pepper and pour 2 cups broth of chicken. In the sauce, bring to the boil, add the meat, red peppers, sliced, black pepper and salt to taste. Dovaryava dish on low heat.

The recipe is pretty good and tasty and very easy to prepare. You can add other spices such as savory.

Extra recipe. And instead put tomato paste tomatoes, little savory and parsley.
