Stew prunes and quinces

Ingredients
1 quince
150 g of prunes
2-3 onions
1 carrot
1 tbsp tomato paste
1/3 cup sunflower oil
1 tsp sugar
1 tbsp toasted flour
salt
pinch of cinnamon
optional - parsley

Method
Prunes are washed and pre-soaked in cold water. If stone they need more time, at least 2-3 hours if pitted enough and is about half an hour. quince washed well, not white and the only clean part of semen. Cut into pieces. Finely chopped onion and grated carrot stew under cover in the heated sunflower oil. Add quince pieces and pour hot water. When soften, add the prunes and add salt. Once the fruits are soft, add the tomato puree, fuzzy with the flour in a little cold water, sugar and cinnamon. Simmer for 5-10 minutes. The sauce should be moderately thick. When serving can be sprinkled with chopped parsley.
