Ingredients
650 g quinces
350 g onion
100 g sunflower oil
25 g of tomato paste
15 g salt
25 g sugar
1 tbsp toasted flour (optional)

Method
Chop cut into in small pieces and fry. A small hot water is more fry until the water evaporates, and then pour more hot water. As a boil water is added quinces, cut into pieces or slices, cleaned of seeds and wood cells. Boil until tender quince. Add tomato puree, salt, sugar and optional toasted flour mixed into a little cold water. Simmer for ten minutes.
