Stewed meat with Brussels sprouts

Ingredients
600 g pork or veal
800 g Brussels sprouts
4 onions
spice curry
salt
pepper
Method
The meat is cut into very small pieces and stew about an hour of low heat. Then poured into a glass dish and add sprouts, chopped onion, spices and a little butter. Stews no more than 15-20 minutes.
