Stewed quail with rice

Ingredients
6 quail
60 g pork lard
100 g processed cheese
250 g mushrooms
salt
pepper
# For toppings:
350 g rice
1 l broth cube
150 g cheese
Method
Clean, washed quail sprinkle with salt and pepper and fry in lard. Sectioned lengthwise and arrange in pan. Processed cheese cut into slices and put on them, and put it on the lard, which are fried, add a little hot water. Add mushrooms and chopped. Cover the pot and sauté until ready. Serve with steamed rice in broth, mixed with grated cheese.
