Strandzha

Ingredients
500 g minced meat
200 ml carbonated water
1 tsp ground cumin
1 tsp ground black pepper
1 tsp savory
salt
chutney spreads
slices of bread, cut to length

Method
All products are placed in a bowl and beat with a mixer for 10 minutes. Court capped or covered with oil fsunflower and went for a few hours in the refrigerator. The slices are coated with minced meat with wet knife. The edges mince thins and pressed well to toast. Heat a good BBQ or ribbed pan, greased with sunflower oil and cooked slices are placed upside down with the minced meat. When baked, turn a bit to warm up and bottom. It is recommended to be served spread with chutney.
