Strawberry jelly

Ingredients
500 ml freshly squeezed juice of strawberries (or juice compote)
100 g of powdered sugar
juice of 1/2 lemon
1 tbsp rum
15 g gelatin
Method
Strain strawberry juice is heated to fire with sugar. To this was added the lemon juice, rum and pre-soaked in a little cold water gelatin. The mixture was stirred until the gelatin is completely melted. Pour into bowls and let cool to harden. Jelly is served, given a plate and sprinkle with chopped almonds.
