Strawberry pizza

Ingredients
# For the dough:
200 g flour
125 g margarine
60 g sugar
# For the filling:
100-120 g of sugar
200-250 ml milk
50 g starch
200 g cottage cheese
1 lemon
1 vanilla
250 g strawberries
Method
The flour is mixed with melted margarine and sugar. Testing a Weather distributed in floured pan with a diameter of 20-22 cm. Spread well with hand-sprinkled with flour, and bake 35-40 minutes at 150-160 C. For the filling: 5 tbsp sugar is caramelized with continuous stirring. Allow to cool, until thread, pour 100 ml milk and heated to dissolve the sugar. 100 ml milk were mixed with the starch and poured into the caramelised sugar. Boil to compress and allowed to cool. caramelized milk poured into the cottage cheese and flavored with 1 tsp grated lemon zest and 1 tbsp lemon juice. If the mixture is too thick add a little milk. Mix with mixer and put vanilla. Stir to make the paste, and then triturated through a strainer. Strawberries cut into slices. The remaining 5-6 tbsp sugar were dissolved in 5-6 tbsp water in a small pan and warmed to reflux to give a syrup. 1 tbsp starch was dissolved in 1 tbsp water, added to the roiling sugar syrup and mix. finished base is coated with milk paste, arrange the strawberries on top and sprinkled with sugar syrup.
