Stuffed bell peppers with minced meat in foil
7-8 large red peppers bell peppers
500 g or pork mince mixture
50 g cheese
4-5 sprigs of parsley
pepper and cumin, salt

Bells are cleared from the seeds and filled with minced meat blending (with chopped onion, spices and cheese, cubed). Wrap in aluminum foil and bake in a preheated oven at 200C degrees for 30-40 minutes.
