Stuffed chicken - II type
Ingredients
1 (1 kg) chicken
giblets from chicken
Chapter 1 (50 g) onion
3/4 cup (150 ml) vegetable oil
1/2 cup (100 g) rice
1 tsp (5 g) red pepper
pepper
salt
parsley
mint
10 (750 g) potatoes
fat frying
Method
Giblets of goose is cooked and finely. In some of the fat stew until soft chopped onion, then add the rice and red pepper. Rice, pour broth and keep the fire until they were swollen. Then add giblets, parsley and mint, chopped, pepper and salt to taste. With this mixture fill goose previously salted inside and outside. Sewn open and filled chicken put in a baking dish. Pour 1/2 cup hot water and bake from time to time be watered with compartments in the pan sauce. Serve with fried potatoes.
