Ingredients
1.5 kg pork chops (be thicker)
1/3 cup cooked rice
1 cup drained peas
2 boiled eggs
100 g ham
1-2 boiled carrots
3 tbsp parsley
1 cup white wine
1 head of garlic
salt

1 tsp cumin
Method
With a sharp knife make incision (pocket) steaks. Sprinkle with salt, pepper and cumin and leave in the refrigerator for 30 minutes. During this time, mix the rice, peas, chopped eggs, chopped carrots, sliced ​​ham and parsley. With this mixture fill the steaks and pinned onto a toothpick, not filling out.
