Stuffed mushrooms with spinach

Ingredients
12 large field mushrooms
1 tbsp lemon juice
pepper, salt
1 onion
2 cloves garlic
4 tbsp sunflower oil
2 tomatoes
350 g spinach
50 g grated cheese
4 tbsp white wine
4 tbsp meat broth

Method
Subtract stumps mushrooms and cut them into small pieces. Watering mushrooms with lemon juice and sprinkle them with salt and pepper inside. Stew the chopped onion, crushed garlic and stumps in 1 tablespoon sunflower oil. Chopped tomatoes, cleaned of seeds and mix them with chopped spinach, half the grated cheese and onion mixture. Complete with peak mushrooms with stuffing. Sprinkle with remaining cheese and arrange them in a baking dish. Watering them with other sunflower oil, wine and broth. Bake them for 15-20 minutes in a preheated 200C oven.
