Stuffed oysters

Ingredients
24 tightly closed oysters
1 onion
1 sprig parsley
20 g butter
200 g cream
20 g firm feta cheese
breadcrumbs
pepper
salt
Method
Finely chopped onion fry with parsley in butter until pozhaltyazane, add the cream and boil 1 minute. Then add the grated feta cheese, 1 tbsp bread crumbs, pepper and salt and boil for a while, until the mixture thickens. Oysters are cleaned with a brush, open and remove mustache. Oysters are returned to the cleaned shells, arranged on a flat baking dish and pour the prepared sauce. Sprinkle with breadcrumbs and place 2 minutes under the grill. Serve immediately because harden on standing.
