Ingredients
4-5 thick pickles
100 g fish canned or cooked
1 egg
2-3 tbsp mayonnaise
salt
pepper
# To decorate:
olives
red bell peppers
Method
Pickles cut into 2 lengthwise and carve. Hollowed portion is mixed with chopped boiled egg, fish, mayonnaise, salt and pepper. Mix. To this mixture was filled cucumbers. Decorate with olives and chopped bell peppers.
