Sweet Turkish delight banitsa

Ingredients
4 eggs
1 cup sugar
1/2 cup sunflower oil
1 cup yogurt
1 cup flour
10 g baking powder
250 g fine filo pastry sheets
140 g color delight - maybe more

Method
Beat eggs with sugar until blanching, add the oil and milk and finally the flour and baking powder. In mixture put the peel, cut into strips (as its roll straight cut into thin strips) and mix well. Spread the form of butter, pour half the mixture, add chopped pieces of Turkish delight and then the remaining mixture. Bake for about 35 minutes at 180C degrees. Once cool, turn the banitsa on a tray and sprinkle with powdered sugar.
