Syrup pumpkin

Ingredients
ripe, cookies pumpkins
Method
Pumpkins cleaned of seeds. Cut into very small pieces and cook over low heat without water, stirring continuously. When baked become quite rare strain through cheesecloth and continue to boil, remove the foam with a slotted spoon. After a while the liquid becomes thick like honey, remove from heat to cool, pour into jars or bottles and kept cool. This syrup may replace not only the honey but sugar.
