Tiganitsi

Ingredients
1 cup (200 g) feta cheese
1 and 1/2 cup (300 g) flour
125 g butter or sunflower oil for frying
5 eggs
1/2 cup (100 g) powdered sugar
Method
Comminuted feta cheese is rubbed with a wooden spoon to get a smooth mass. Thereto was gradually added a pre-beaten eggs and pour less than the flour, stirring continuously, to produce a smooth slurry. In a pan becomes heated the butter and pour in 1 tbsp of the mess. Tiganitsite fry until golden color on both sides. Remove them with a fork, as well drain the fat. Serve hot, sprinkled with powdered sugar or spread with honey.

Very tasty breakfast! I have not been doing them!

I do them with 4 eggs, beaten separately proteins snow;)
