Ingredients
4 kg tomatoes
10 heads of garlic
3 bunches of parsley
2 bunches dill
1 tbsp salt

Method
Grinding tomatoes, pour them into a saucepan, add salt and bring to the boil. Add the garlic cloves, parsley, finely chopped, and boil until liquid is evaporated. Pour the oil, add the chopped dill and mix. Bulk hot sauce in jars, hermetically sealed and turn them with the caps down for 24 hours.
