Traditional Greek soup (Mageritsa)

Ingredients
1 kg lamb kit
100 ml olive oil
50 g rice
1/2 bunch fresh green onions
1/2 lettuce
2 lemons
2 eggs
pepper, paprika, salt
Method
Put well-washed lamb set in salted water (about 1 liter) and cook about 30 minutes. During boiling, skim. Then drain and chop finely the giblets. In a pan, fry for a short chopped onion with olive oil. Add the chopped giblets and chopped dill. Stir for several minutes. Add the mixture to the broth from boiling. Add the rice and cook another 20 minutes. Add Chopped lettuce and cook another 10 minutes. Remove from the heat built with eggs and juice of two lemons. Season with pepper.
