Ingredients
200 g puff pastry
200 ml cream
1 tbsp sugar
fruit of your choice (pineapple, kiwi, papaya, grapes, strawberries)
Method
The dough is placed on a surface dusted with flour and roll it up receipt of crust thickness of 2-3 mm. Cut out 16 circles with a diameter of 10 cm. Arranged on a tray covered with baking paper, prick the dough with a fork and leave for 20 minutes in refrigerator. The oven was heated to 200 C. Bake for 10 minutes and allowed to cool. Cream mix and each round is brushed with it and sprinkle with chopped fruit.
