Turkey with cream, sausage and potatoes

Ingredients
1 turkey (2 - 2.5 kg)
1 kg sausage
1 kg pork chops
2 kg potatoes
125 g butter
400 g sour cream
paprika, salt
Method
The turkey is oil and salted, then place in the oven to bake at a slow fire until it is browned. By red, occasionally watered with cream, whipped with a little salt and pepper and continue to bake until golden crackling become. Chops and sausage bake BBQ or also in the oven. Peel the potatoes, boiled with salt, drain and sauté in the butter. Thus prepared meals individually prepared a common dish (plateau), the turkey is placed in the middle remove rank sausages and chops, and front and rear of the bird put potatoes.

I'm not shooting exactly how long bake - maybe around 2 am.
