Method
Turkey fillet cut into pieces / strips, mushrooms in halves or quarters. In a pan heat a little sunflower oil and turkey fillet fry until browned, put mushrooms for about a minute, sprinkle with pepper and repay the sauce. Kotlonat off and allow to boil stop and take the flavor of the sauce. Serve with parsley and garnish optional, best boiled potatoes.

Quick and easy, turkey meat diet and we prefer to lamb and veal. And most of all and suggest a recipe for this sauce. How not to trust such recipe presented properly and not give evaluation. I liked the recipe.
