Turkey, stewed dried fruit

Ingredients
1/2 turkey
50 g butter
500 ml broth or water
1 onion
300 g dried fruit (apples, raisins, prunes, apricots)
4 tbsp (40 ml) of wine or apple juice
1 tbsp flour
4 tbsp cream
parsley
pepper
salt
Method
The washed and dried turkey is cut into pieces, which are rolled in flour and fry on all sides in the heated butter, so to obtain a brown crust. At the end of frying add chopped onion. Meat, pour hot broth or water and seasoned with salt and pepper to taste. When the liquid boils, add the washed and cut into thin strips dried fruits. Pour the wine (or apple juice) and dish stew over low heat, covered with a lid. When the meat is tender fully to the sauce add the cream and chopped parsley. The turkey is served with a side of white rice, stewed leeks and carrots.
