Turkey with white wine and mushrooms

Ingredients
1 turkey about 3 kg
4 tbsp (40 ml) sunflower oil
600 g fresh mushrooms
40 g butter
1 and 1/2 cup (300 ml) dry white wine
2 tbsp flour
2 tbsp (20 ml) lemon juice
pepper
salt
Method
The washed and dried turkey cut into portions that add salt, sprinkle with pepper, rolled slightly in flour and fry on all sides in vegetable oil. Pour the wine, cover tightly with a lid or aluminum foil and sauté them in the oven until soft. Occasionally the meat turns and pour the juice precipitated. Mushrooms are cleaned, cut into slices, sprinkled with lemon juice, add salt and sauté in the butter. It is then transferred in the meat and stew for another 10 minutes. Stewed turkey and mushrooms are served with a side of potatoes and rice.
