Turkish coffee Mokko

Ingredients
1 tsp (5 g) of ground coffee
1/2 cup (100 ml) of water
sugar

Method
I way: The water is heated to boiling and it put coffee and sugar. Once boiled, coffee rises from the fire, and then again to the boil (usually three times repeat this procedure). II way: Coffee and sugar were mixed in a coffee pot, pour cold water and left for a few minutes. Then put the coffee pot on low heat. So the coffee boil slowly and form a nice crema. After the first boiling the coffee away from the fire and again put to boil. If you do not want cream, after the withdrawal of coffee from the fire sprinkle with a few drops of cold water. If the coffee is added egg yolk is obtained pleasant and cordial. 1 cup of coffee is added 1/2 yolk broken foam.
