Veal tongue in a pressure cooker

Ingredients
1 beef tongue
1 onion
3 tomatoes
1 carrot
5 cloves garlic
1 bay leaf
1 tbsp butter
100 ml white wine
200 ml water
50 ml brandy optional
1 cube chicken bouillon
salt and pepper

Method
Vegetables Peel and cut. Language is well washed, peeled and sprinkle with salt and pepper. In the pressure cooker was placed all the products, as the top is placed tongue. Closes and when start producing steam boil on low heat for 50 minutes. Opens the pot, remove the tongue and cut into slices. The vegetables were passaged to obtain the sauce, which is returned to the cut tongue. Shake the pan a few times. Serve with mashed potatoes or white rice.
