Vegan dolmas with mushrooms

Ingredients
1 sour cabbage
100 ml sunflower oil
200 g rice
1 onion
100 g mushrooms
100 g walnuts
cumin
black pirer
savory
cabbage juice
salt

Method
Rice is posvaryava and make sunflower oil. Add finely chopped onion, mushrooms, spices and the walnuts. Remove leaves from the cabbage and form dolmas, which rank in saucepan. Pour the dolmas with equal amounts of water and cabbage juice, pressed from above with a plate and cook on medium heat.

woefully inadequate and illogical explanation for the preparation of the recipe. There are many inaccuracies and typographical errors. A recipe is generally very good.

post sarmi always put raisins.

Desi Bravo! A recipe is really her. This is a kind of disrespect to the dish.

Edit! Indeed when fasting is good to put / optional / raisins.

Very tasty combination of products. Little changed technology.

Instead of onions, put quite empty. I added red pepper. Do not put walnuts. Many were delicious! :)
