Vegan layered cake

Ingredients
2 cups flour
1 tsp baking powder
2 pears compote
1 cup juice compote
2-3 tbsp raisins
1 and 1/2 tsp baking soda
50 g margarine
1 cup sugar
# For glaze:
1/2 cup margarine
3 tbsp honey
2 tbsp blueberries
# spreads between the bases:
hip jam
walnuts
1 tbsp coconut

Method
Pears on the base are cut into pieces. In a bowl mix the flour and baking powder. Is melted margarine with sugar. The fruits are added to the oil mixture. Baking soda is added to the juice compote. Mix dry ingredients to butter mixture, add the juice of stewed with soda and raisins. Bake 30-40 minutes at 180 C on baking paper. Once removed from the oven, turn and leave it to cool. The base is cut by a thin thread of the two and in the middle is smeared with hip jam, sprinkle with walnuts. The ingredients for the glaze is broken and smeared cake. Decorate optional fruit (pear and blueberry). Sprinkle with walnuts and coconut.

great meatless pie. MUNA many thanks. It was a great crust on all sides. I made slight changes. Not currently pear compote and strawberries used. For glaze 1 tablespoon full margarine with strawberry jam. I figured it would be sweet enough, so Peko as cake.
