Ingredients
5-6 potatoes
3-4 carrots
1 zucchini
1 tomato
pepper 1
1 onion (maybe green onion)
2 tbsp flour
2-3 tbsp sunflower oil
vermicelli
dill and parsley for sprinkling
# For soup thickenerta:
1 egg
2-3 tbsp yogurt
citric acid

Method
In the oil fry 2-3 tbsp flour. Fry until golden, then pour chopped potatoes, carrots, zucchini and peppers. After melt and put chopped tomatoes and vermicelli. Thicken with egg, yoghurt and citric acid. Place a dill and parsley.

This is one of the most popular home soup. In winter and add a slice of cabbage. It is sometimes puree and serve with croutons.
Do it, and no thickener or blending, as Eli. Can be added and other vegetables in season.
