Vegetable soup Tanya

Ingredients
200 g mature white beans
1 onion
1 carrot
300 g bread croutons
1- 2 tbsp canned tomatoes
2 cloves garlic
50 ml olive oil
1 tsp salt
Method
Beans soak in water the night before to be able to swell. The next day the water was discarded and new clean water pouring about 700 ml. The onions are cleaned of scales, washed and cut into small pieces, then added to the pot in beans. Place the container on the stove included. Once the water boils add peeled garlic cloves, salt and sunflower oil. Kotlonat switches to low heat, enough to simmer the soup. Add canned tomatoes and grated carrot in large pieces grater. Soup cook about 60 minutes. Finally cut off, sprinkle crushed dried mint, and put a few bread croutons.
