Veiled eggs in milk

Ingredients
1 liter of fresh milk
8 eggs
3-4 tbsp sunflower oil
1 tbsp flour
1 tbsp salt
1 tbsp paprika

Method
The oil is placed to become hot . Away from heat and add the flour and paprika stirring. Add milk and salt and put to boil again. As a boil milk break eggs directly into the milk added salt and allow to cook for about 5 minutes to ready the eggs. Sprinkle with savory.

Soo bechamel you do? If so I think 1. L flour will thicken milk at all.

not thicken milk and protein as you break the eggs into the milk and he bursts
