Ingredients
          1 jar grape leaves (800 g)
          150 g bulgur
          50 g rice
          200 g feta cheese
          1 tbsp paprika
          1 egg
          1 onion
          mint
          3- 4 tbsp sunflower oil

          Method
              Chop and fry in the oil. Add the rice, the bulgur and red pepper and fry until they are transparent rice. Pour 400 ml water and left to breathlessness rice and the bulgur. Add mint and egg. As the mixture cool a grate inside and the feta cheese and mix well. Twist dolmasi which rank in greased pan and pour a further 400 ml water. Bake in preheated willingness to 180 C oven. Do not add any salt because the feta cheese is savory.
