Walnut pie Nescafe

Ingredients
# For the base:
8 eggs
80 g sugar
250 g ground walnuts
30 g cocoa
2 vanilla
# For the cream:
200 g of powdered sugar
200 g butter
300 ml milk
40 g flour
30 g Nescafe
Method
Egg whites and sugar is broken down into the snow. Add the egg yolks one by one, ground walnuts, cocoa and vanilla. All stir and pour into oblong baking dish, covered with paper and spread with butter. Bake in a moderate oven. Once cool, divided lengthwise into two equal parts. The cream is prepared as milk and flour are boiled to thicken. Leave to cool. The butter mix with sugar until white. Both cream mix and instant coffee was added. Mix everything well and is coated one side. On which are placed the other. Top is also smeared with cream.
