Walnut revani

Ingredients
5 eggs
5 tbsp flour
1/3 cup finely ground walnuts
1/2 cup sugar
# For the syrup:
2 cup sugar
2 and 1/2 cup water
1 vanilla

Method
Eggs are broken down well with the sugar in mild heating. Then removed from heat and cooled and broken up to increase the volume of about 3 times. Under gentle stirring, flour and the walnuts. Pour into a buttered baking dish and bake in a moderate oven. Baked revani to cool and pour the cooked sugar syrup.

Thanks, Reni! Reva is very tasty and easy to prepare. I Beat the eggs with the sugar on fire, as it is written, and just continuously until fluffy cream and get a great crust that can be used for cakes :)

how large pan is the dose?

I did rule in pan 25 cm.
