Ingredients
# sheet:
25 eggs
500 g sugar
625 g flour
2-3 vanilla
rind of 2 lemons
# For the cream:
1.25 kg cream
750 g sugar
# For veil:
100 g sugar

Method
Sheets and cream is prepared with the above products such as Cake Fan . Prepare 3 different cakes and put one over the other. Spread cream on top and garnish with a veil, which is prepared as follows: sugar is burned on a light caramel. With a fork taken from the liquid caramel and on the blunt side of the knife make sutures. The veil is made shortly before the presentation of the cake, as it may fall from moisture.
