White sauce microwave

Ingredients
25 g butter
3 tbsp (30 g) flour
2 cup (400 ml) broth
salt
pepper
Method
The butter is placed in a plastic bowl and not capped, and held for 1 1/2 minutes at 600 Deut. Add flour, stirring continuously. Similarly pour broth, add salt, sprinkle with pepper, capped and held for 5 minutes at 600 watts, during which time stirring two or three times. The sauce can be prepared with 200 ml broth and 200 ml milk.
