Ingredients
500 g potatoes
200 g feta cheese
2 eggs
4 tbsp sunflower oil
pepper
salt
Method
Cook potatoes and peel, creased to puree (perhaps a blender ) Season with salt and sunflower oil and spread on a plate. The second layer is made of grated feta cheese. The third is cooked eggs which are grated and sprinkled on top. Salad watered with the oil and sprinkle with salt and pepper.
