Ingredients
1 tbsp sumac
2 tbsp thyme (savory)
1 tbsp roasted sesame
2 tbsp marjoram
2 tbsp oregano
1 tsp sea salt (or to taste)

Method
Mix all ingredients in a blender ( robot) and pulse 10-20 times. Can be crushed manually in a mortar.
