Gyuveche Gushanski

Ingredients
750 g pork
100 g butter
2 heads (100 g) onion
2-3 (150 g) red tomatoes
4-5 (300 g) potatoes
1 tsp (5 g) red pepper
5 eggs
250 g cheese
parsley
salt

Method
The meat is cut into pieces and fry lightly in fat. Add coarsely chopped onion and stew until soft, then put the red pepper. In the ring is placed meat stew with potatoes and tomatoes, cut into circles. Pour over a little warm water, add salt and bake in the oven. When almost ready, pour the mixture of beaten egg and grated cheese. Dopicha is, sprinkle with chopped parsley and serve.
