Zander with tomato sauce

Ingredients
4-5 pieces zander
1 carrot
2 onions
2 green onions
50 g per celery
300 g of tomato paste
300 g canned tomatoes (3-4 tomatoes)
1 tbsp sugar
sunflower oil
pepper, salt
1 tbsp mustard
bay leaf

Method
The fish is salted and ranks in the pan. Onion, carrot and celery finely and fry. Then add the tomatoes and tomato paste. After 10 minutes, put the mustard, sugar, bay leaf, salt and pepper. Pour the mixture into the pan with the fish so as to cover each piece. Bake for 15-20 minutes.
