2 cups semolina
125 g butter
1 kg yogurt
2 tsp soda
2 vanilla

300 g sugar
2 cup water

Method
Meal fry in the butter until pink. Add milk, broken soda and vanilla. Mix well and transfer to a greased baking tray. Bake in moderate oven until pink. Remove the cake pour hot syrup. You can decorate with coconut, walnuts, chocolate.
