Ingredients
2 and 1/2 cup (500 g) flour
2 eggs
1 cup (200 ml) vegetable oil
1 pinch salt
# For the syrup:
1 cup (200 g) sugar
1 cup (200 ml) of water
Method
Of flour, eggs, salt and water knead the dough firmly. Roll out thin crust (the first finger), which is cut into strips 2 fingers wide and 10-12 cm long. Strips pinched in the middle and cut the edges, then placed in boiling fat and fry until browned. Remove and immediately immersed into the prepared syrup. Arrange in a baking dish and serve.
