Ingredients
12 roasted peppers
2 sausages
150 g grated feta cheese
1 tbsp home. puree
4 tbsp parsley
2 eggs
2 tbsp milk
150 g grated cheese

Method
Sausage cut into rings. Tomato paste is diluted with a little water. Eggs are broken down with milk. At the bottom of a greased baking dish put a small 4 dissolved roasted peppers (to cover the bottom). Put on them half feta cheese, half sausage, half tomato and half the parsley. The procedure is repeated. Top put the last 4 peppers. Pour in beaten eggs with a little salt. Sprinkle with grated cheese and bake 20 minutes at 200 C.

Kurtni, this is the last package peppers from the freezer and there is red and green. I think it does not matter - taste the same!
