Salted sticks

Ingredients
250 g flour
2 eggs
125 g butter
1 tsp salt
1/2 tsp paprika
1 tbsp fresh milk
1 tsp coarse salt

Method
From the flour, the butter, eggs from which is paid less for spreading salt (not big), red pepper and milk knead stiff dough, which is left to rest in refrigerator for at least 2-3 hours. Roll out a sheet with a thickness of 0.5 cm, cut into strips about 10 cm wide, and they - sticks with width 1 cm. Spread with separate beaten egg and scatter with coarse salt and caraway. Bake on oilfree pan in oven preheated moderate to mild redness.
