Method
Grinding tomatoes crevice separating skins and seeds. Other vegetables cleaned, cut into pieces and stew with 2 cups water until well softened. Grind them and add the resulting puree to tomato juice. Add salt, add the following spices, dusted with fine parsley and mix. Bulk sauce in jars, hermetically sealed and sterilized for 20 minutes.
