Ingredients
900 g of beef minced meat
2 tbsp chopped fresh parsley
1/2 tsp pepper
1 green pepper
1/2 cup chopped celery
1 cup crumbs of bread
2 cloves garlic
2 onions
salt
250 ml tomato juice

Method
Caps cut into very small pieces, and also onion and garlic. Minced meat knead all ingredients finally add 1/2 cup tomato juice. Place the shaped bread (long). Oven preheated to 180C. Meat loaf bake about 45 minutes. After the expiration of the 45 minutes, meat loaf is removed, watered carefully from all sides with the remaining tomato sauce and bake another 15 minutes. Then removed and dissected.

I do it with crushed crackers and tomato soup powder, whipped cream cup. It is also very tasty. Did not know that it was called:-) Bravo for the recipe!
