Zelnik leeks

Ingredients
5 cups (1 kg) flour
1 cup (200 ml) vegetable oil
1 cup (200 g) bulgur
5-6 sprigs (600 g) leek
mint
Method
Leek cut into small pieces and stew in fat along with cleaned and washed bulgur, from time to time add a little water and cabbage juice. Finally add chopped mint. Of flour with a little salt and water is cooked dough sharpening. Since it was first rolled out a thick crust. It is put on the bottom of an oiled pan and bake slightly. Then rolled several thin sheet which, after constipation, are broken up lightly on the thick crust. Place the filling and cover with another boring thick crust. Pie bake in a moderately hot oven.

original recipe is another, chopped leek stew in oil and after evaporation of the liquid reddens with 1 teaspoon paprika, and leave to cool. Collect the finished bread dough and divide it into 2 as the bottom crust is thicker on it evenly distribute the filling and place the second crust, pre Roll joining pie well at the edges and then bake rising. When out of the oven, spray lightly with water and cover with a towel for short. Good appetite.
