Ingredients
5 potatoes
2 eggs
1 tbsp flour
2 tbsp milk
sunflower oil
pepper, salt
parsley

Method
Peel the potatoes and washed. Grinded in water at finer grater. Drain well and mix with eggs, pepper, parsley, flour and milk. The mixture is stirred well and it in the oil fry salted pancakes (but not too thin). Can be prepared cutlets to PANIC and fry.

This is a traditional dish from the region of Austria, Germany, Czech Republic, Poland and Israel - transported there by the German Jewish (Yiddish). Kartoffelpuffer says German.
