Soup of lamb with spinach head - II type

Ingredients
1 lamb's head
salt
1 onion
1-2 tbsp butter
500 g spinach
1 bunch parsley
1 egg
3 tbsp yogurt
vinegar
black pepper
Method
Lamb head is boiled in 2 liters of water, remove from the water and clean the bone. Cut the tongue, the brain and the meat into pieces, pour back into the broth and add chopped spinach and onions. Are cooked. The soup is seasoned with salt, pepper, vinegar, parsley, egg and yogurt. Finally placed pieces of butter.

in this soup can you add potato vermicelli and other soups otherwise seems very COLD

I did not add anything else. they enjoy my in it to cook :). This soup cook as Veal with spinach and there add potatoes, noodles.
